Nobody answers our questions by accident, and nobody answers them for free.
Everyone who takes part in our research opts in, knows who is asking, and can stop at any point without penalty. Every completed answer is paid for.
What this means day to day

Opt in, not opt out
A person joins a panel deliberately. We do not enrol anyone from a list they did not know they were on.

Paid for their time
Each verified answer earns the person who gave it. Research that relies on unpaid goodwill produces answers people think you want to hear.

Leaving is one word
Stopping is as easy as starting, and it costs the person nothing they have already earned.
