Our actions

Data and privacy

Personal answers stay personal. Clients buy the finding, never the person who gave it.

The people who answer our questions are not the product. A client receives aggregated findings and the evidence behind them, but never a panellist’s phone number, name or identity.

01 In practice

What this means day to day

  1. Aggregate leaves, identity stays

Findings go to the client. The individuals behind them do not.

  2. Collected for a reason

We ask for what a study needs and nothing extra, because data we never collected cannot leak.

  3. Deleted when it is done

Personal data has an end date, not an indefinite life in a backup.
