Our products are separate
Each Roote product has its own terms of service and its own contract, agreed inside that product. Nothing on this website forms part of those agreements, changes them, or creates a contract for any service.
What is on these pages
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it is a description of a company and its products, not a warranty. Figures quoted on product pages describe what our products have measured; they are not a promise of what any future engagement will produce.
Our material
The text, artwork, layout and logos on this site belong to Roote Technologies. You may quote from it with attribution, that is what a newsroom is for. You may use our logos under the rules on the brand resources page. Everything else needs our written permission.
Links out
Where we link to somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is on the other end of the link.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
